Caffeine tablets: working wonders or endangering students’ health?

Some students consider them indispensable study aids, to others they are the epitome of good intent gone wrong: caffeine tablets.
You see packets of PRO PLUS® littering desks and work spaces in the library, you hear stories of course mates who only managed to meet their deadlines because they consumed enough caffeine pills to keep them going for days without sleep…and then you hear stories like that of 19-year-old James Stone who died from a caffeine overdose in November 2006.
