So after my break at Disneyland I am returning to testing the diets and this one is going to be tricky.
So it’s day one of the three day diet and so far today I have eaten half a grapefruit and one piece of toast with peanut butter for breakfast. For lunch I had half a cup (American measurement) of tuna on one piece of toast.
It’s safe to say… I’m pretty hungry. As well as eating those poxy portions I also have to stomach a black tea or coffee with each meal – which is truly disgusting.
The light at the end of the tunnel is that after my tea – which is half a chicken breast with some green beans and carrots – I get to have a small amount of vanilla ice cream. I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited for the most boring flavour of ice cream that exists.
Tomorrow is pretty much the same deal – as is the last day. In fact, I have totted up the amount of calories that I am allowed to eat over the three days and the grand total is just under 2000.
Therefore, the number of calories that are recommended for consumption each day are the total that I am able to eat over a three day period.
This diet is not particularly healthy and it certainly won’t be easy. I also plan to celebrate the weighty loss sceptically: I will weight myself the morning after the final day and then again after a couple of days of regular eating.
It’s not even the end of day one and I’m already worried what’s in store for the following few.
