And the verdict is…

So after six days on the cabbage soup diet (yes that’s six – I could not carry on any more!) I have lost a total of five pounds.

And to be quite honest, I don’t think it was the slightest bit worth it.

Fair enough, five pounds is a good weight loss but that isn’t going to stay off.

That will leave me with a weight loss of a few measly pounds, if anything, and I will have had to eat yellow cabbage soup for a week.

I’d strongly advise you to avoid this diet at all costs.
