So it’s an overall loss of…

After resuming my usual eating habits for a few days I reviewed my 6 pound weight loss.

I have put 3 and a half back on, resulting in an overall weight loss of 2 and a half pounds for the week.

It was inevitable that I’d put weight on after doing a diet like this one and I suppose 3 and a half back on, after eating semi-healthily isn’t too bad.  

However, on the whole I don’t think that eating a minute amount for three days to lose 2 and a half pounds is particularly worth it.

At the moment, Slimming World is still reigning champion as a successful, easy-to-follow and healthy diet.
