The first steps to success?

So after my first week of doing slimming world (properly) I have lost…

3 pounds! And as demonstrated by the previous blog, I had plenty to eat and still got to have a few treats. It was really easy to follow, plus it clearly works.

I’m off to Disneyland so will be taking a few days break from testing diets but will then be going right into fad-diet territory with the 3-day diet I’ll be following next week.
